Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the car care category.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Expand product penetration in assigned territories.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to partners and customers.
- Address customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Gather insights on consumer trends and recommend strategies to improve market share.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams.

Operational Excellence:
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports on time.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
