Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (Day/Night Shift):
Location: Surat

Shift Timing: Day or Night Shift (Versatile - For Night Shift 7:00 PM onwards)

Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year (IT Industry Mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who has basic exposure to IT services and wants to grow in international business development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
- Identify relevant projects, analyze client requirements, and submit quality proposals.
- Handle client communication (chat/calls) and maintain follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team for accurate solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through consistent bidding activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Ensure timely response to client queries and project requirements.




- Assist in negotiation and support in closing deals.
- Maintain proper records of bids, proposals, and communications.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, IT, or related field).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Business Development or Online Bidding.
- Basic understanding of web/app development services.
- Ability to work in day or night shifts.
