We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Wedding Sales Executive to handle client acquisition and sales for wedding events. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and offering customized wedding packages to drive revenue and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed wedding bookings
- Meet prospective clients, understand their wedding requirements, and present suitable packages
- Conduct site visits and venue tours for clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized wedding packages
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, catering, décor, etc.) for seamless execution
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads and manage the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain and update client database and sales reports

- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple clients and events simultaneously
- Good presentation and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of wedding planning and event management

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Event Management (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in wedding sales, hospitality, or event management
- Experience working with banquet halls, resorts, or event companies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
