Job Title: HVAC Trainer
Location: Dharampur, Valsad (Gujarat)
Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom & practical training on HVAC systems
- Teach installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of AC/HVAC systems
- Explain refrigeration cycles, components, and system operations
- Provide hands-on training on tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Maintain lab equipment and training records
- Stay updated with latest HVAC technologies and standards

HVAC trainers typically handle topics like refrigeration cycles, ducting, air systems, and plant operations

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or related field




- 3-6 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of:
- Split AC, VRF/VRV, Chillers
- Ducting & ventilation systems
- Troubleshooting & maintenance

Trainers must simplify complex HVAC concepts and deliver structured training programs

Salary Justification
