Required production supervisors with 3-7 years experience in pharma, food or nutraceutical solid-dose production (tablets, candies, lozenges or gums).

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related discipline.

Plan and execute daily/shift-wise production of nutraceutical mints (e.g., 10K+ pieces per batch) covering mixing, compression and blister/strip packaging.

Run and supervise operation of equipment: sigma mixer, rotary tablet press (e.g., 16‑station), blister or strip packing machine and ancillary utilities.

Ensure adherence to GMP and basic cleanroom norms (e.g., Class 100K for nutraceuticals), including hygiene, housekeeping and line clearance.

Monitor yields and wastage, troubleshoot minor mechanical/process issues, and target ≥98% yield with ≤2% wastage.

Maintain batch manufacturing records, logbooks, hourly in‑process checks and coordinate handover with QC for line clearance and release.

Train and supervise operators/workers, manage shift schedules and ensure safety SOP compliance.
