Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end merchandising operations from order confirmation to shipment
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams:
- Manage sampling, approvals, and product development timelines:
- Monitor fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories procurement:
- Track production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain quality standards as per buyer requirements
- Handle costing, pricing, and order negotiations:
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting:
- Resolve any production or quality issues proactively

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing / Textile / Merchandising or related field
- 4+ years of experience in garment/apparel merchandising:




- Robust understanding of fabric, trims, and garment production processes:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Bond Requirement:
- Early exit may involve penalty as per company policy

Salary:
Pay: ₹13,134.66 - ₹48,412.11 per month
