Job Title: HK Supervisor (Housekeeping Supervisor)

Location: Haridwar

Experience Required: 2-3 Years as Housekeeping supervisor (preferably work in pre-opening star category hotels)

Qualification: Graduate / Hotel Management

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Operate and manage PMS software effectively.
- Conduct daily shift briefings to communicate priorities and hotel activities.
- Ensure consistent cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards across the property.
- Handle and fulfil special guest requests efficiently.
- Inspect guest rooms and housekeeping areas regularly to ensure:
- Cleanliness and hygiene
- Proper functioning of facilities and equipment
- Timely maintenance, replacement.
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
