Key Responsibilities
- System/Server Setup and Monitoring: Install and prepare Windows, Linux, and MacOS desktops/laptops for development team members with required software and monitor performance and network health.
- Backups & Recovery: Ensure daily backups are successful and perform regular restoration tests to verify data integrity. Server Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and patching of Linux servers.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce password policies, manage firewall rules, and assist in periodic security audits. Hardware Setup: Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and firewalls for new hires.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for system configurations and troubleshooting steps.

Operating Systems: Windows Server (2019/2022), Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL), MacOS Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,



VPNs, and basic VLAN knowledge Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Proxmox
- Scripting: Basic PowerShell, Bash, or Python (for automation)

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Troubleshooting: A solid analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues methodically.
- Soft Skills: High empathy for users and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
