We are looking for an exceptional Jr. Web Designer who consistently raises the bar on creativity and user experience, and helps us scale a one-of-a-kind product built by passionate cricketers for passionate cricketers.

The Challenge

Design clean, artful, intuitive, and high-performing web experiences that enhance user engagement while maintaining solid design consistency.

You will contribute across visual design, UI optimization, responsive layouts, and collaborative execution — ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

What You’ll Do

Visual Design & Execution
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create clean,



artful web designs with superior user interface standards.
- Create a story through your design — whether designing a simple website layout or more complex interactive website features.
- Consistently create well-designed, tested code using best practices for website development, including mobile and responsive site design.

UI Optimization & Testing
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Test designs for intuitivity and overall user experience.

Front-End & Design Tools
- Work proficiently with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
- Design and collaborate using Figma.

Innovation & Collaboration
