Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and décor products
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team for order fulfillment
- Stay updated on latest trends in furniture and home décor

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (furniture/home décor preferred)
- Valuable communication and convincing skills




- Basic knowledge of billing software (Tally/ERP is a plus)
- Customer-oriented attitude with a presentable personality
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays
