About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for PVC/CPVC pipes through field visits
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and direct customers
- Identify recent business opportunities in assigned territories
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any of the following:
- PVC/CPVC pipes (preferred)
- Electrical switches
- Bath fittings / sanitary products
- Lighting products
- Any construction-related materials
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local market and dealer network is preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
₹23,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Languages:
English & Kannada (must) Hindi and other languages preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
