Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Legal Associate or Senior Intern to support our legal practice in Thane. This role offers hands-on experience in Tax Litigation, Commercial Recovery, and NCLT proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tax Litigation: Support in drafting replies to notices, filing appeals, and preparing writ petitions for tax matters.
- Commercial Recovery: Support in matters related to recovery of dues via MSME Samadhaan, Civil Suits, and related commercial laws.
- Research & Updates: Preparing weekly updates on Tax matters, Commercial Law amendments, and recent NCLT decisions.
- Field Work: Execution of legal filings and documentation, including travel for work as required.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Education:
- Fresh LLB Graduate OR
- Students who have completed the 2nd Year of a 3-year LLB course OR
- Students who have completed the 3rd Year of a 5-year Integrated LLB course.
