Muftlo Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive specialising in Google and Meta Ads. We are looking for a performance-driven skilled who can go beyond simple campaign execution to build high-ROI strategies. You will be responsible for managing budgets, optimising ROAS, and scaling brands through data-backed decisions with the real estate market as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Real Estate) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Optimisation: Constant monitoring of campaigns to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates, and overall ROAS.
- Budget Oversight: Effectively manage and allocate client budgets across different platforms to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Technical Setup: Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking for accurate data attribution.
- A/B Testing: Lead experiments with ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify the best-performing assets.
- Reporting:
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients (for real estate as well) and internal management.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and content writers to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Agency experience preferred & with real estate experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
- Data-Driven: Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into successful marketing strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and customer journey mapping.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate campaign goals and results.
