Job Summary

The Setup & Fit-out Relocation Executive will handle the day-to-day setup, inspection, and readiness of individual client apartments in Mumbai.

The role focuses on ongoing apartments (not large projects) and includes move-in and move-out inspections, society coordination, snag handling, owner/vendor follow-ups, and ensuring each apartment remains client-ready throughout the tenancy.

This is a field-based Mumbai role, requiring daily site visits and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute apartment setup including furniture, appliances, linens, kitchen items, and small essentials
- Coordinate minor civil fixes, snag rectifications, and follow-ups
- Handle society formalities, entry/exit procedures, and documentation
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with proper checklists and photo records
- Coordinate with property owners for approvals, repairs, and handover matters
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely completion of work
- Ensure apartments meet Relomi quality and readiness standards at all times
- Maintain inspection reports, snag lists,



and handover documentation:
- Report issues and updates to the Setup & Fit-out Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in apartment setup, property management, interiors, or hospitality operations:
- Basic understanding of fit-out work, apartment maintenance, and readiness checks:
- Experience dealing with society offices and property owners:
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with daily field work across Mumbai
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and reporting:
- Professional attitude, discipline, and eye for detail
