Job Title: Recruiter

About the Role

We're a growing tech company with operations in India and the UAE, hiring across CRM implementation, SaaS products, and a hiring platform. We need a Recruiter to own hiring across multiple business lines and handle day-to-day people operations as we scale from 10 to 25+ people over the next 6 months.

Recruitment (70% of your time)
- Own end-to-end hiring across technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps) and non-technical roles (sales, telecallers, campus ambassadors, operations)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and close offers
- Post, manage, and refresh job listings weekly across all platforms
- Build a talent pipeline database for recurring role types
- Run campus hiring outreach across North India colleges

People Operations (30% of your time)
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, experience certificates, and relieving letters
- Manage employee onboarding — documents, tool access, first-week checklist
- Handle exit process — garden leave, asset recovery,



final settlement coordination
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking in the company CRM
- Coordinate with the accountant on payroll inputs — attendance, deductions, reimbursements
- Handle day-to-day employee queries on leave, policies, and documentation
- Assist in drafting basic HR policies as the team scales

Must have
- 2-5 years in recruitment, HR, or people operations
- Comfortable making high-volume screening calls daily
- Solid Hindi and English communication
- Experience with at least 2 job platforms: LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Apna
- Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets or MS Office for documentation

Good to have
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or startup HR
- Basic understanding of Indian labor compliance (PF, ESI, TDS basics)
- Experience drafting employment contracts and HR letters

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
