Role Overview:
This role is focused on creative adaptations—taking existing master creatives and adapting them across formats, sizes, and platforms with precision and consistency.

You will also be expected to have a clear understanding of wireframes and layout structure (~40-50% importance) before execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt existing creatives across digital and print formats
- Maintain brand consistency across all outputs (100% adherence expected)
- Resize, reformat, and version creatives quickly and accurately
- Work with wireframes and layout structures to ensure correct placement and hierarchy
- Translate basic wireframes into clean, final creatives




- Ensure pixel-perfect output with strong attention to detail
- Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Strong eye for detail (~70% of role success depends on this)
- Positive communication skills (written + verbal)
- Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
- Understanding of wireframes, layout hierarchy, and spacing systems
- Ability to execute fast without compromising accuracy

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma (especially for wireframes)

Education (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- OR diploma/certification from institutes such as:
- National Institute of Design (NID)
- MIT Institute of Design
- Pearl Academy
- Arena Animation
- MAAC

A strong portfolio can substitute for formal education.
