Role Overview

We are looking for a multi-skilled intern who can contribute across design, website management, and front desk operations, along with lead handling and enquiry conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to marketing, operations, and student interaction in a quick-growing institute.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Work
- Create social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives
- Design posters, thumbnails, and promotional materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Web & Technical Support
- Assist in website updates (WordPress / basic HTML-CSS)
- Create and optimize landing pages
- Improve website UI/UX for better lead conversion

Front Desk & Operations
- Explain course details and guide potential students
- Manage day-to-day coordination

Lead Management (Core Responsibility)
- Follow up with all leads and enquiries




- Maintain and update lead database (Excel/CRM)
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign follow-ups

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of design tools or website handling
- Confident in speaking with students and handling enquiries
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Canva or Photoshop
- WordPress or HTML-CSS basics
- Sales or counselling experience
