To handle shift operations independently to achieve set targets of production in terms of quantity as well as quality.
1. Execution of production as per defined production methodology.
2. Meet production targets.
3. Ensure minimum downtime in production process.
4. Ensure preventive maintenance of production machines and equipments as per plan.
5. Quality initiatives in production process/ plant.
6. Staff/worker management in shift operations.
7. Data compilation & preparation of various production related MIS.
8. Any other related task assigned by reporting authority / HOD.
