About the Role

This role is best suited for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, have a solid understanding of IT technologies, and enjoy working on niche and challenging requirements within the public sector domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for State/Government (SLED) clients
- Handle hiring across W2, Contract, and Full-Time employment types
- Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring standards and documentation
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications:
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably with State/Government (SLED) clients:
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and roles:
- Hands-on experience with compliance hiring (W2, Contract, Full time):
- Experience with U.S. recruitment processes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
- Prior experience working with Public Sector / State Government clients:
- Demonstrated ability to close niche and hard-to-fill roles:
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Stable career history (no frequent job changes)
