As a QC Chemist, you will be responsible for performing routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished polymer products. You will work under the supervision of the QC Manager to maintain rigorous quality standards and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis:Perform physical and chemical testing of Guar Gum and polymer derivatives (e.g., viscosity, pH, moisture content, ash content, and granulation).
- Instrumentation: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as Viscometers (Brookfield/Fann), pH meters, Spectrophotometers, and Moisture Analyzers.
- Process Control: Monitor batch-wise production quality and provide immediate feedback to the production team to ensure specifications are met.




- Documentation:Maintain accurate, real-time records of test results in logbooks and ERP systems in compliance with ISO Standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all Laboratory Safety Protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
