Job Title: Performance Marketer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs like CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for performance improvement
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and copies
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,



or a related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid platforms
- Robust analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Knowledge of tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools and conversion tracking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
