Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide UPSC aspirants regarding courses, preparation strategies, and career paths.
- Handle incoming leads and face to face convert them into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about course structure, fees, and batches.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements:
- Work experience in UPSC domain / Education industry / Sales or Counselling profile.:
- Solid communication and convincing skills.:
- Good command of English communication.:
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Prior min 1 year of experience in UPSC counselling will be preferred.:
