Key Responsibilities:
Ironing Shop Onboarding & Relations
Visit ironing businesses (dhobi shops, press walas) across Sector 63 and nearby areas:Pitch the concept and onboard shops to participate in the insert program

Train shop owners on correct insert placement inside garments: Maintain regular visits to ensure consistent and correct usage Insert Distribution & Inventory

Collect printed insert batches from the office and distribute to partner shops on schedule :Track inventory levels at each shop and replenish before stock runs out

Ensure inserts are stored properly (flat, dry, undamaged) at all partner locations Advertiser Support & Feedback: Collect on-ground feedback from shop owners about customer reactions to inserts

Relay advertiser-specific observations back to the operations team: Assist in identifying current potential local advertisers in the field Reporting & Documentation

Submit daily field reports (shops visited, inserts distributed, issues flagged):



Maintain a log of all partner shops with contact details and monthly insert consumption

Take photos of inserts placed in shops as proof of execution when required What We’re Looking For Must Have: Comfortable with daily outdoor fieldwork across a local area (2-8 km radius)

Good spoken Hindi; basic English communication is a plus: Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (fuel allowance provided)

Basic smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp reporting, Google Forms or similar): Honest, self-motivated, and reliable with mínimal supervision Good to Have

Prior experience in field sales, distribution, or FMCG last-mile delivery: Familiarity with Noida Sector 63, 62, 58, 65, or surrounding localities

Ability to build friendly, long-term relationships with small shop owners

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
