About Us:
TAC (Toddlers & Kids Activity Center) focuses on building strong physical foundations in children aged 2.5 to 10 years through structured sports and movement programs. Our sessions emphasize fun, skill development, and confidence building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in parents and explain TAC programs, benefits, and structure
- Convert inquiries into enrolments through effective communication and follow-ups
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads
- Maintain a strong understanding of all programs (age groups, schedules, pricing)
- Conduct centre tours and demonstrate program value to parents
- Build trust and relationships with parents for long-term retention
- Maintain and update lead database and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with coaches to understand class flow and feedback
- Support marketing initiatives like events, demo days, and trial sessions

Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (education, fitness, or kids-related industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English + Kannada/Tamil/Hindi preferred)
- Confident,



energetic, and approachable personality
- Ability to handle parents and kids with patience and clarity
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Passion for fitness, sports, or child development is a big plus
