About the Role

We are looking for an in-house D5 Render + SketchUp artist who can turn architectural, interior, and real estate concepts into sharp, persuasive visual output.

This is not a pure execution role. We’re looking for someone with strong visual judgment, speed, and spatial understanding, who can take a loose brief and turn it into compelling visuals that work across presentations, campaigns, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Build clean, accurate 3D models in SketchUp
- Create high-quality photo-realistic still renders and walkthroughs in D5 Render
- Translate drawings, references, and concepts into compelling visual outputs
- Work across architecture, interiors, and real estate projects
- Develop lighting, materials & textures, 3D models, and camera compositions
- Produce and adapt visuals for presentations, brochures, websites, and campaigns
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from design, strategy, and sales teams
- Maintain clean file structures, asset libraries, and scene templates
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and content teams





Must-Have Requirements
- Solid command of SketchUp
- Strong command of D5 Render
- Solid understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and realism
- Ability to accurately interpret architectural/interior drawings into 3D
- A rich, high-quality portfolio of 3D renders (both interior and exterior) — this is critical
- Portfolio should demonstrate range, consistency, and visual taste
- Work that feels presentation-ready, not just technically correct
- Ability to provide quick turnarounds and handle multiple iterations
- Can work both independently and in a team setting

Great-to-have Skills
- Ability to enhance 3D renders using generative AI tools (for enhancing mood, detailing, post-processing, or ideation)
- Photoshop and retouching skills
- Familiarity with tools like Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or Unreal
- Experience working on real estate marketing or design presentations
