Role Summary

We are hiring a Polishing Operator responsible for operating polishing machines, ensuring surface finish quality, and handling process parameters to achieve defect-free output in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Setup
- Operate polishing machines as per standard procedures
- Set up polishing process and machine parameters
- Adjust speed, feed, and pressure of polishing head

Process Control
- Follow correct polishing belt sequence:
- Ensure required surface finish and quality standards:
- Use measuring tools for quality checks

Quality & Defect Handling
- Identify defects such as:
- Surface marks
- Uneven finish
- Take corrective actions for defect-free output

Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Handle basic machine issues
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments
- Monitor machine performance for smooth operations

Shop Floor Practices
- Maintain shift-wise production reports:
- Follow 5S and safety practices:
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards





Required Skills:
- Knowledge of polishing process & belt sequence:
- Understanding of surface finishing quality:
- Ability to adjust machine settings (speed/feed/pressure):
- Basic troubleshooting skills

Experience
- 2-5 years in polishing / finishing operations (manufacturing setup preferred)

Work Conditions
- Open to shift working

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
