1. Classroom Delivery & Teaching Excellence
- Deliver iXpress sessions as per lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
- Ensure interactive, engaging, and student-centric teaching (activities, role plays, speaking drills).
- Focus on all core areas:speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary.
- Maintain classroom discipline while keeping the setting positive and encouraging.

2. Student Communication & Confidence Building
- Encourage students to speak in English during sessions.
- Conduct daily speaking activities, conversations, and presentations.
- Build confidence in shy learners through personalized attention.
- Correct pronunciation, fluency, and sentence structure regularly.

3. Lesson Planning & Preparation
- Prepare before each class (lesson flow, activities, worksheets, materials).
- Use iXpress workbook, teaching aids, and creative tools effectively.
- Customize activities based on student level (basic / intermediate / advanced).

4. Assessment & Student Progress Tracking
- Conduct regular assessments (oral + written).




- Evaluate worksheets, assignments, and speaking performance.
- Maintain student progress records and report cards.
- Identify weak students and provide remedial support.

5. Classroom Engagement & Activity Implementation
- Use games, storytelling, debates, and group activities.
