About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
- Visit sites to ensure design execution matches plans
- Manage timelines and ensure timely project delivery
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Ability to handle multiple projects
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of modular furniture and site execution
- Experience with luxury or residential projects
- Basic understanding of budgeting and costing
