Job Title: Telemarketer

Job Overview

ONLINELR is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telemarketer who can effectively communicate with customers, introduce them to our platform, and drive sales of our plans and additional services.

Key Responsibilities
- Call existing and potential customers to introduce ONLINELR app features and services:
- Explain subscription plans and additional paid features clearly
- Assist customers in selecting suitable plans based on their needs
- Guide customers to complete purchases of multiple services within the app
- Build solid customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets




- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)
