Key Responsibilities

As a visual designer, your responsibilities include:
- Creating visual concepts.Develop and execute visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Collaborating with the design team.Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design cohesive user interfaces.
- Developing mockups and prototypes.Create mockups and prototypes for web design, apps, and other digital platforms to showcase design ideas.
- Designing high-quality visuals.Ensure that all visuals are engaging and of high quality, consistent with brand guidelines.
- Using design software. Use Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign to develop designs that meet project goals.
- Incorporating user feedback. Implement user research insights and usability feedback to improve design concepts and user interface design.
- Managing multiple projects. Balance multiple design projects to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Optimizing for web standards. Incorporate HTML, CSS,



and JavaScript knowledge to ensure designs align with web standards and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field.
- Experience.2-4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or UI design.
- Design software proficiency.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Robust communication skills. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting design ideas.
- Creative and analytical skills. Ability to generate design concepts and use analytical skills to enhance usability and user experience design.
- Brand identity knowledge.Experience creating and maintaining brand identity across digital products.
- Time management.Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,500.
