Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, reconciliation, and data maintenance. The role involves supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring accurate inventory records, vendor follow-ups, data accuracy, and smooth material movement across locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation (physical vs. system stock) and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Maintain and update supply chain data, reports, and records in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Track inward and outward movement of materials and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain data in a structured and analytical manner




- Support procurement and logistics activities as required
- Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation standards, and audit requirements
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics roles
- Strong understanding of inventory management and reconciliation processes
- Experience in vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent data management and data presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data analysis)
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP systems
