We are hiring experienced Freight Brokers (US Logistics) to manage drayage/container shipments across U.S. ports, rail ramps, and final delivery points. This role requires hands-on experience in handling live shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring smooth execution from pickup to delivery.

You will be responsible for working closely with US-based carriers and dispatchers, tracking shipments, updating systems (CRM/TMS), and maintaining consistent communication. This is a performance-driven role suited for individuals who can work in a fast-paced, real-time logistics environment.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in US freight brokerage (drayage only), strong understanding of ports and container logistics, valuable English communication skills, and willingness to work night shifts (US time zones).

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives up to 50%.

Pay: ₹16,493.13 - ₹62,268.35 per month
