Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing & Patient Care:
- Dispense medications as per doctor prescriptions accurately.
- Explain dosage, usage, and possible side effects to patients.
- Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and storage of medicines.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality.

Inventory & Stock Management:
- Maintain stock levels and ensure availability of essential medicines.
- Monitor expiry dates and remove expired or damaged stock.
- Place orders and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
- Maintain proper records of stock and inventory.

Compliance & Safety:
- Follow pharmacy laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for drugs (temperature, humidity).
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy.

Administrative Duties:
- Maintain billing records and assist in pharmacy accounts if required.
- Prepare reports related to medicine usage and stock.
- Coordinate with doctors,



nurses, and other healthcare staff.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (D. Pharm / B. Pharm).
- Valid pharmacy registration/license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic or hospital pharmacy.

Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medicines and drug interactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and patient counselling skills
- Inventory management skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hospital or day care clinic pharmacy
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software
- Knowledge of billing and basic accounting

Working Conditions:
- May include rotational shifts
- Work setting includes clinic or hospital pharmacy

Salary:
- Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and location

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
