Job Title: Production Executive - RTU & Coil Panel Manufacturing Location: 11 mile bypass Department: ProductionJob Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production activities related to RTU and coil panel manufacturing.
- Perform and supervise panel assembly and wiring, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Carry out wire shouldering, crimping, dressing, and routing as per design specifications.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layout diagrams.
- Ensure proper installation of electronic components such as relays, PLCs, terminals, and connectors.
- Conduct routine quality checks and testing of assembled panels.
- Coordinate with design and quality teams for smooth production flow.
- Maintain production records, reports, and inventory of materials.
- Troubleshoot issues in assembly and wiring processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics,



or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in panel manufacturing (RTU / control panels / coil panels).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Wire shouldering and cable management
- Panel wiring and assembly
- Electrical components and instruments
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with tools like crimping tools, multimeters, and testing equipment.
- Basic knowledge of PLC wiring and control systems (preferred).
