Role: Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all educational programs.
- Manage all formalities associated with student enrolments.
- Oversee the Weljii Educational Platform, ensuring the timely uploading and updating of curriculum-related content.
- Support the Sales team by conducting Educational Platform demos as needed.
- Coordinate and assist faculty members with class scheduling, grading processes, and final student evaluations.
- Design and manage student feedback, address grievances, and conduct student feedback surveys.
- Assist in the hiring process of faculty members and other staff.
- Actively participate in research and development for the continuous improvement of programs offered by the Institute.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/HR team for payment receipts, invoices, and other related documents.
- Helping students understand course detail, payment options and collecting EMIsServe as a bridge for the Sales Team with other departments such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Accounts




- Ensure student retention through consistent communication, quality customer service, and a commitment to the overall improvement of programs and services.
- Provide quality customer service and educational information.
- Update the Company CRM and automate business processes.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 4 years of experience in a sales/admin role.
- Well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
