About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Social Media Executive who can take end-to-end ownership of creating content while also driving performance marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic role that goes beyond basic posting, you will be involved in ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, experimentation, and campaign execution, along with supporting on-ground activations such as pop-ups and events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Execution
- Plan and execute engaging social media content across Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Develop compelling scripts for reels, advertisements, and brand storytelling
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Stay updated with trends and adapt them effectively for the brand
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity

2. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
- Track key performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, and CTR
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience targeting

3. On-Ground & Growth Activities
- Attend pop-ups, events, and activations to capture real-time content
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for shoots and collaborations
- Support offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility

4. Strategy & Analytics
- Analyse content and campaign performance on an ongoing basis
- Identify high-performing strategies and scale them effectively
- Recommend and test new content formats and growth experiments

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public relations etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or performance marketing
- Robust video shooting and editing skills (mobile-first experience is acceptable)
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
