Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Miduty is a fast-growing nutraceuticals company dedicated to improving health and wellness through scientifically formulated health supplements and skincare products. We’re currently looking for a Operations Executivewho can manage customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and calling.
- Provide accurate, detailed information about our products, services, and general inquiries.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues to the relevant team when needed
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate documentation, files, and system entries related to operations




- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS, reports, and trackers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle chat & calls efficiently
- Robust customer service mindset
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent multitasking and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and basic CRM tools
- Attention to detail and structured approach to work
