Must Have:
- Strong experience in SAP Basis installation and configuration
- At least 1 end to end S/4 HANA implementation experience starting from system build through support
- Hands on SAP S/4 HANA administration experience
- Setting parameters for HANA database
- HA, DR Cluster setup and planning
- Understanding and experience on other SAP systems BW, Fiori, GTS, GRC, Web dispatcher, PO
- Knowledge of Backup and Restore Activities
- Valuable troubleshooting skills, performance optimization techniques
- Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment.
- Good-to-Have:

- Responsibility of / Expectation from the Role:
- 1. Responsible for understanding the requirements and creating the required environment ready for the project. Build/Refresh/upgrade of the systems
- 2. Provide technical support for all the non production and production environments
- 3. Basic Analysis of dumps, system logs and job failures
- 4. Kernel upgrades, DB revision and plugin upgrades
