ServiceNow Senior Developer:
Minimum Experience - 5 yrs

Maximum Experience -12 yrs

Location - Bangalore, Pune

Mandatory Skills - ServiceNow, TSM/CSM expertise, advanced scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP API integrations, Service Portals/UI policies, ITIL, CSA & CSM/TSM certifications preferred.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust expertise with ServiceNow TSM and/or CSM module.
- Experience in ServiceNow APIs, scripting, REST/SOAP integrations.
- Preferably holding ServiceNow CSA, CSM and/or TSM related certification.
- Proficiency in working with Service Portals, UI Policies, Business Rules and/or client scripts as per customization need.
- ITIL knowledge around Incident/Case or Change/Problem management or CMDB.
- Need to be very strong in scripting.
