Lead Management: Call and follow up with warm leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and online, build rapport, and convert them into participants for programs.
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential or existing devotees/customers to promote services, events, and offerings, and handling inbound queries.
- Relationship Building: Understanding the needs and mindset of each lead to guide them, while maintaining a respectful and positive tone.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, updating CRM systems, and tracking follow-ups.
- Coordination: Coordinating with the marketing and events team for smooth lead conversion
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
