Responsibilities

The General Dentist will be responsible for a wide range of clinical duties, including:
- Comprehensive Examinations and Diagnosis:Conducting thorough oral examinations, assessing patients' dental needs, and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
- Preventative Care: Educating patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventative measures, and overseeing prophylactic treatments.
- Surgical Procedures: Performing routine extractions and other minor oral surgeries.
- Pediatric Dentistry: Providing foundational dental care for children.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and ensuring strict adherence to all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with dental consultants, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and practice operations.
- Continuing Education: Staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology, materials,



and techniques.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or MDS degree from an accredited dental college.
- Current and unrestricted state dental license.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist preferred. (However, highly motivated and exceptional recent graduates may also be considered.)
- Proven ability to perform all aspects of general dentistry independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and patient education.
- Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality care.
