Meet clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings including:
- Layout plans
- Furniture layouts
- Electrical & lighting plans
- Ceiling & flooring plans
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants (MEP, civil, etc.).
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues in office.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
