About the Role

GRD Solutions is hiring a hands-on Electronic Repair Technician for component-level repair of industrial and medical electronic equipment. You will work directly with the founder on live jobs across a diverse client base — EPC companies, factories, and hospitals.

What You Will Do
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, SMPS, HMI panels, and PCBs at component level
- Repair medical equipment electronics: patient monitors, infusion pumps, and imaging peripherals
- Use oscilloscope, multimeter for fault analysis
- Perform SMD and through-hole rework (hot air, soldering iron)
- Read schematics and datasheets to identify equivalent replacement components
- Maintain job cards with fault findings, repair actions, and test results

What We Are Looking For




- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on PCB-level repair experience (industrial or medical equipment)
- Able to diagnose faults without a reference board
- Familiarity with Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or Delta equipment is a plus
