What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting customers with issues related to products, accounts, and services

Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system

Escalating complex concerns to the appropriate teams when required

Consistently meeting quality benchmarks like response time and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
Strong written communication skills in English with good grammar and clarity

Prior experience in customer support or non-voice/BPO processes is an advantage

A problem solving mindset with a customer first approach

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines
