Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and purchase order creation
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all purchase transactions
- Handle invoice verification and coordinate with accounts for timely payments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field




- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of vendor management and sourcing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in F&B;, retail, or entertainment industry is a plus
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
