× Chat CSR (Telecom Process)
- Handle customer queries via chat (billing, subscriptions, troubleshooting)
- Sales/Upselling exposure preferred
CTC: Up to ₹29,000
× Customer Service Advisor - US E-Commerce (Voice Process)
- Handle inbound calls (orders, refunds, returns, payment queries)
- Requires international voice experience
CTC: Up to ₹35,000
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Excellent English communication (mandatory)
✔ Chat Role: Freshers / Experienced (12th Pass & Above)
✔ Voice Role: Minimum 1 Year International BPO Experience
✔ Comfortable with rotational shifts & quick-paced environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,970.39 per month
