Job Overview
Property Ganj is looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer / Content Creator to promote real estate projects across Lucknow through engaging digital content. If you love creating videos, exploring properties, and have a strong social media presence, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging video content (Reels/Shorts) showcasing residential and commercial properties
- Visit project sites and record walkthroughs, highlights, and reviews
- Promote Property Ganj listings on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Build and engage your audience through consistent posting and storytelling
- Collaborate with the internal team for content planning and campaign ideas
- Represent Property Ganj at property events, launches, and exhibitions
- Stay updated with real estate trends and social media formats
Eligibility Criteria
- Active presence on Instagram/YouTube (minimum 1,000+ followers preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic video shooting and editing skills
- Confident personality with on-camera presence
- Willingness to travel across Lucknow for shoots
- Interest in real estate, lifestyle, or city-based content
