Machine Operation: Set up and manage CNC equipment (mills, lathes, grinders) to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping materials.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD designs to determine the required dimensions and specifications.
- Programming/Setup: Input necessary coordinates and instructions into the machine’s software to run programs.
- Quality Inspection: Measure finished workpieces using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily machine checks, clean equipment, and perform routine maintenance to ensure, and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including using personal protective equipment (PPE)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,319.39 per month
