Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Supervise production staff, line leaders, and workers on the shop floor.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing of LED products such as strip lights, rope lights, and drivers.
- Coordinate with planning, purchase, and QC teams for smooth production flow.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and minimize rejections.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials to avoid production delays.
- Maintain production reports and monitor output, downtime, and productivity.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and proper workflow on the production floor.

Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/production management in Lighting Industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
