Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass; Hospitality Management (HM)/ Barista certificate students preferred.
- Work experience: 0-2 years in café/F&B; preferred.
- Interest in coffee brewing and guest service.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced café environment.
- Flexible for rotational shift timings.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) & KPIs

KRAs:
- Prepare coffee and beverages as per café standards. Ensure consistency in taste, aroma, and presentation. Follow standard recipes and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness of brewing machines, grinders, and workstations. Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.



Conduct daily cleaning and basic maintenance checks.
- Track coffee beans, milk, and brewing supplies. Reduce wastage of raw materials. Report low stock levels proactively to supervisor
- Greet customers politely while serving beverages. Support senior baristas in handling rush hours. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour.

KPIs:
- Beverage Consistency Score (manager-led tasting audits) ≥ 90%
- Order Accuracy Rate ≥ 95%
- Customer Beverage Complaints ≤ 2 per month
- Average Preparation Time per Beverage ≤ 3 minutes
- Daily Cleaning & Maintenance Compliance (checklist completion) = 100%
- Equipment Downtime due to Negligence = 0 incidents
